She is working at Caltech with the guys for a few months in season 7. They never say where Amy worked before. Brennedette doesnt mention which pharmaceutical company she works for.
I thought it was the California Institute of Technology but I don't think it's that after I watched the episode where Sheldon makes Amy his emergency contact. I don't think it's ever mentioned, like Bernadette's lab isn't mentioned, as far as I'm aware x
