next to dexter my favorite show to binge watch is american horror story. the first time i saw it i literally couldnt stop watching episodes, and wound up staying up until 5 am to see every last episode on a work night. the first season is the most addicting to me, because it has the most secrets and well written twists, but all 3 current seasons are excellent. even if your not a fan generally of the horror genre, anyone with favorites like walking dead and dexter should watch this.
more recently i did the same with orange is the new black. even if you dont agree with the premise of the show, the characters are just so compelling you cant help but be entertained. the tough russian cook red is a badass and brilliant rebel and queen of the prison, the trans character brings up some great issues that mainstream trans characters dont get into much like how a married partner would have to deal and cope with the transition, and you just cant help but love the spiteful delusional religious psycho and be blown away by her antics and stubbornness. the guard on a "lesbian witch hunt" as the show put it is just so fascinating and conflicting to watch too.
BBC Sherlock is AMAZING in my opinion. There are only 3 seasons but the episodes are long(90 minutes)

Since you like action, try Prison Break, Heroes or Alias. All are roller coaster rides much like 24. They're also all on Netflix.

Im coming down with the flu (my GF just had it and i begin to show symtoms), so I will most likely stay in bed for a few days.
I need a new TV show I can watch non-stop for the next days, so it has to be exiting. I generally like shows with a lot of action, not just talking. Examples of shows I have enjoyed binging earlier:
24
Lost
Dexter
Breaking Bad
GoT
Jericho
Walking dead
Terra Nova
I'm open to shows with more talking than action, like the shows Suits, Modern Family, Two and a half men, Entourage etc, but they tend to get boring after a couple hours because of lack of excitement. Thats why Im looking for something similar to the ones above.
