Yeah just watching the first season in the UK now one of the best new shows to be made recently.
i don't know where your getting your information from. But it hasn't been canceled that i know of. It was ordered for a full season of 23 episodes
As for a 2nd season that could be canceled if Season 1 doesn't do well. But ratings are doing okay so far.

Flash will be renewed for a 2nd season if ratings continue to do well. The 100/ Jane the Virgin/ Reign Are in more trouble than Flash is.
But nothing will be certain until around April/May
