Being Human (U.S version):

It's a realistic show about a werewolf and a vampire who meet each other and become friends because they have at least one thing in common: They don't want to be the monster but want to live like normal humans. Just when they rent an house they found out that the house is possed by a friendly (female) ghost. When reading this you may think of twilight but believe me if a say that it's not even close. Just give it a shot.
