Are there any Doctor who fans out there?

I am a fan of All Doctor Who- I stared with the classic series in the mid 80's when a small local PBS station started to air it and through that found the local fan groups.

That stations is the Only usa channel that currently airs Classic Doctor Who every sat night

and I just returned from a Doctor Who/UK TV fan group where we watched UK shows- including one of the 50th anniversary special shows aired on the BBC- this was the After Show party where they made several of the actors that played the Doctor and most of the Companions from All of Doctor Who. This group has been around for about 28 years.

In my opinion there is but One Doctor Who show -every Doctor and every episode Counts as Doctor Who regardless When it was made.

First a correction: The new series of Doctor Who is not a reboot. It is a continuation of the classic series. The difference is that it picks up a few years later after the time war.

I don't like to limit myself into a classic vs New Who camp. I treat them all (and the 1990s TV movie) as one huge show. I have favourite Doctors and companions from both.

My favourite Doctor: Tom Baker.

I find much to like about every incarnation of the Doctor. I love the wisecracks of the Tenth Doctor, the manic 11th Doctor, the gentleman that is the 5th Doctor and the trickiness of the 7th Doctor.

My favourite moment: Sarah Jane and Rose comparing notes about the Doctor in School Reunion. Way too funny for words.

I watched classic when I was little and I still like it, but now I mostly watch the new seasons. All of the doctors are my favorite! My heart is ripped into shreds when I try and pick between them...they each have things I love about them :) My favorite episode is the one (well, technically two) with the silence and young River Song.

There are many Whoovians on Yahoo. Sometimes it takes awhile to find them though : )

Classic so not really a Whoovian but my daughter is.

Favourite Doctor: William Hartnell

Favourite episode: Silence In The Library.... of course

You would be better off going to a reboot Doctor Who chat forum. Sci fi fans don't seem to be very prevalent on yahoo answers.

Favorite doctor: Matt smith

Favorite companion: Amelia pond (duh)

Favorite episode: Vincent and the Doctor

it is all one show not at reboot, started watching in 1980 with Tom Baker, Like most of the series, have very little use for most of the Tenth Doctor era, he is far to human and acts like a lovesick puppy and there is Rose worst companion ever

Whovian, reboot

Country: Bahrain

Favourite doctor: probably matt smith (11th)

Favourite episodes:

The empty child/The doctor dances

The end of time

Vincent and the doctor

Impossible astrounaut/Day of the moon

The wedding of river song

The name of the doctor

Hi I'm Doug I'm 15 and am a reboot whovian meaning I watched the reboot series but not the classics antmy other whovians out there cause I can't find any others tell me what you are a classic or reboot whovian and a little about yourself like your favorite doctor and doctor who moment my favorite doctor has to be David tennent just because his personality of the doctor but my favorite moment has to be the ending to the wedding of river song where the doctor explains to Dorian how he faked his death :)
