That's called a "vigilante", you try to do good, but you're not above the law, so you're breaking the law, even if you're just helping people. So two thing could happen: the city will thank you for all your work and the police will let you do whatever you want; or the city hates you and the police tries to capture you. (Kinda like batman).

What if all of a sudden I decided to be an assassin in real life and I was trained knew how to fight martial arts, knives and swords, a handgun, fit to climb up buildings, sprint/ free run escape from anyone, and my goal was to eliminate gang members, anyone causing harm within the homeland.
