She won't leave. She can't stand to be away from Wyatt too long.

Steffy is coming back so I think Steffy and Wyatt will hook up and Quinn will make Steffy as miserable as she made Hope.

Wyatt and his father Bill Spenser ought to have Quinn committed to a mental institution for her servere mental illness. Only then can this family and all parties involved begin to heal and move on.

I think everyone is going to shun Quinn and exclude her. She will no likely become a repentant woman, ashamed of her past actions and try to make amends with everyone. But will they forgive her?
