Doctor Who. The longest-running Sci-Fi show in the world and, in my opinion, the best.
Personally? I think Babylon 5 was one of the best sci-fi shows in recent history.
Firefly had great potential. Too bad it was never allowed to achieve that potential.
The new Battlestar Galactica was pretty popular; I couldn't stand it myself but that's just me.
