In my opinion, season 7 was the best. It has so many awesome episodes like: The Soup Nazi, The Secret Code, The Sponge, The Rye, The Bottle Deposit, and The Invitations.
Season 3 comes in second. Some of my favorites from season 3 are: The Café/IQ Test, The Limo, The Letter/Orioles Cap, and The Library Cop.
Season 2 is also good, but it was only 12 episodes.
The only one I didn’t like, was the series finale.

My favourite was season 5. It had tonnes of great episodes ("The Mango", "The Stall", "The Non-Fat Yoghurt", "The Cigar Store Indian"). I also really liked season 7.
Season 2 was how I was introduced to the show, so maybe I'm a little biased, but it did have some decent episodes. Only "The Heart Attack" and "The Deal" jump to mind (no, I'm not copying AlterEgo, we just have similar tastes), but there were some good ones there.
I really liked the one from season 4 where Jerry tries to get his own show with NBC, and it's exactly like Seinfeld.
I thought the second half of the finale was quite boring and depressing. The last two seasons weren't very good at all! "The Frogger" was legendary, though. "The Shower Head" is another episode I really like, I think that's also from season 7.
