I agree with Game of Thrones!
I'd say breaking bad. It definitely went out with a huge bang. If you ever wonder what all the fuss is about, then you definitely should watch it, it is well worth your time. The series finales was executed perfectly.
As far as new TV shows, I'd say. Hannibal. It is sooo well written and underrated.
