Neighborhood watch volunteer sees someone suspicious, calls police non emergency to report. Then follows being in car. Suspicious person starts to look back a lot and get nervous, watch volunteer again calls authorities, this time 911. Volunteer gets out of car to find where suspicious person ran to, suspicious person jumps out from dark, and pummels volunteer and pushes head in concrete. Volunteer fears for his life, takes out his concealed weapon and fires killing suspicious person.
