No, it was over in a flash and was not shown on repeats. A similar thing happened at a rugby test between South Africa and Australia when two girls flashed themselves. Went out live but was deleted from averything else same as super bowl.
I don't think it ruin it, because bad things happened on TV before that Super Bowl incident.
