Yes, they caught him but was charged for armed robbery instead of murder. He is currently in prison, but I recently read that he may get a new trial.

Just curious but is the case still unsolved? I was only 4 years old when it happened but i tried looking for info online and couldnt find any. Plus this week marks the 20 year anniversary of all that happened in 1994.
