Depends on how good a story you sent in but she does get millions of videos and mails like yours, and it is her staff that read/watch them and then if they find something very good and interesting they will show it to her.
Probably would be best if you send in a video with the letter, since this might help speed it up.

She probably a lot of emails like yours from people who want her to help them. She can't help all of them, so your chances are slim at best.
You never know, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Tons of people ask her for help every day.
You can try BUT just so you know she hears stories everyday her and her staff pick and choose, so be prepared if yours doesn't get chosen.
Long story short i sent her a email about my family and my mom and i was hoping she could help my family out but i not sure that she will answer me.
