Zombies have evolved from Brain eating monsters to the " the last of us " spore infection that takes over people's mind. Makes them get really bad infections and loss of sight and self awereness.
None of theese fungi or spores etc are anything real! for people.....
Though! There are ANTS that accually are suffering from a zombie virus. The fungi attack one induvidial and takes over its brain ( YES this is TRUE trust me!) the ant get controlled to get down the ants home and stops and dies slowly. The fungi grows out the ant and a long stick like structure starts to grow out of the ants brain. When the fungi is ready it realeases its spores all over the ants ′home nest and makes them breathe in the spores wich yeah.. A lot of ant zombies.. The thing why theese zombies work is becouse the only instinct for the fungi is to survive and reproduce and this is the way it does it..
And yes its only ants bla bla bla.. But this infection got found only some years ago or less and now people have gotten an taratella spider or bird spider infected with this virus and its doing the same thing though the spider also attacks and spreads the fungi in that way too.
Still they are only very small animals.. but look on how long it took until a spider got infected. like half a year. And the different between that HUGE spider and that tiny ant is large.. So i dont know... But there is a BIG possibility of zombies. But we hopfully can prevent it and kill or cure the people that get infected and try to not let the fungi spread...

Zombies (and vampires and werewolves for that matter) are physically, biologically impossible.
They are nothing but fictional monsters.
And no, the CDC is not (entirely) shut down.
Not yet. In about 10 years, I think. It takes a while for the conditions to be just right for zombies. .

No zombies can't exist. You cannot die yet still be able to function. The closest thing you can get to having a zombie is a sick guy with some disease. although this "disease doesn't exist, it could happen, but they would die pretty fast if it did exist. no worries.
