Okay, since you are on series three I'll put it this way - she does come back as a full character in a few episodes (season 4 episode 1, 11, 12 and 13), but she can also be seen in brief shots in other episodes of season 4. In one story she can be seen (but not heard) on a video screen calling out, and other times you almost miss her because her appearance is so brief.

She also returns in the second part of "The End of Time" shortly before the Doctor regenerates as part of the "Doctor's Reward" tour.

And lastly, Billie Piper comes back again for the 50th anniversary special but not as Rose, she is the interface of the doomsday weapon "The Moment" and plays it as "Bad Wolf" Rose.

I may have missed a couple of things but I can't say much more without going in "SPOILER Territory".

She does appear a few times. With the 5th to 7th season you do see rose once very briefly and then in the 50th anniversary special.

In the newest season she only appears in the 50th anniversary special, but not as Rose Tyler. These are all the episodes she is in, just clink "see all 35 episodes"
