I'm not sure if most teenagers are charged just for getting drunk, but I think a parent that allows their kids to have a party where kids drink should be charged, and the girls parents slapped up side the head for neglect for not knowing more about what their daughter is doing. Whenever I see a teenage girl on TV saying "I got drunk at my friend's party, and while I was drunk some guy raped me." That's underage drinking and it's illegal. I mean, sure, please charge the person involved with rape, but the girl who chose to get drunk... I would think it would be fair if she, too, was fined or had to serve some time for drinking when she isn't of age. So, does this annoy you, too?
