Extreme couponing, is it real?

Posted at: 2015-04-20
Several stores have admitted to changing their coupon policies just for the show. They considered it super cheap advertizing.

In the first couple of seasons several fake coupons were spotted. At least one person was forced to pay back a considerable sum of money over it. Now they rarely show the coupons up close on the show. Wonder why?

A couple of links below for you concerning fakes that were spotted.

Sadly it is real sometimes stores will change their polices on coupons for the show. That way more people will come to their stores. But most of the people they do it cause it is an addiction. Some people buy stuff they don't even use or need. They think they are saving money when in reality they are wasting money cause some food items have expire dates. If they don't eat them with expire dates they just wasted money. I can see if it is for a really huge family. Or if someone is doing it for a food bank like i have seen on the show that is fine. But most of them go too far. But sadly it is real

It's real. There's a website based in my area that tells you how to do it, and tells you what coupons are combining with the sales going on that week. I forget the name of the site right now. But I know it's there.

Edit: it's freetastesgood.com

Some are real, but it wastes time and is an addiction ( and some stores aren't going to let you (like walmart) walk out with 800 dollars worth of items for 87 cents

see the show where gals have $500 worth of Groceries and drop a Huge stack of Coupons worth $499!

how is this possible?

I get the normal coupons in the mail and my local newspaper.

but Never the type these folks get ahold of.

They must spend about $400 month in newspapers/Magazines to find these coupons and spend about 20hrs week clipping them.

and what stores off double off?

just curious...I think its a Scam for TV ratings..
