In all honesty, it depends on your sense of humor. I personally watch and enjoy all three. The Simpsons is a good comedy, but if you're going to watch it, the newer episodes are not anything compared to some of the older seasons.
And then American Dad. I'm going to have the unpopular opinion here, but I really love that show. It's great; Roger is one of the best characters out of all 3 shows. American dad is more off-the-wall type of humor.
Family guy is a raunchy comedy, and for me, I don't personally enjoy the humor as much. There are a couple gems in there- "And then there were Fewer" and the Star Wars episodes are actually really great! And Stewie and Brian really make the show!
Personally, if you're going to watch the new ones, American Dad. If you're going to watch old episodes, The Simpsons 100%.
The Simpsons is BY FAR the best. It's very funny, has heart, and it's smart. It's all about family and the town and it's just awesome
Family Guy is the best- the most over-the-top and funniest as far as my sense of humor-
I like the Simpsons next- they were obviously first but not as irreverent as Family Guy

I haven't watched any of these tv shows but they seem fun. I don't have a lot of time because of school so I can only watch one at a time. Which one do you recommend? Can you give a short description to each please.
