My favorite Winchester - hmmm that is hard, love them both. Sam, no Dean, no Sam, no Dean. I can't decide. LOL
My favorite other characters - Loki/Gabriel. LOVE him. Hope he comes back somehow. And Crowley. Adore him, he is so self serving and evil but still loveable at the same time.
My favorite female character is Charlie. I am so glad they did not kill her off. Hope she comes back from OZ soon.
My favorite Winchester is Dean because he's so full of self hatred and I don't know why, but I've always loved characters like that.
Other characters I like are Castiel of course, Crowley, Gabriel, Jo Harvelle, Ash, Benny, Death. Sorry I can't pick just one!! :)
God, this is a difficult question... I'd probably go with Castiel though. And it's not for one of the regular reasons like he's cute or omg i love Misha (Although those are both true) my most recent reason is because of his character development. It was especially noticeable in the latest episode (after he'd gotten his grace back) and now he likes PB&J! So basically Cas is my favorite because he's perfect; and other reasons!
Don't have a particular favorite between the Winchesters, but my favorite minor character has to be Crowley... he's just such a smarta**
my favorite Winchester would have to be Dean (not just because of the looks or my unhealthy obsession with jensen Ackles) but because i love how funny he is and how tough he acts but also how protective he is over Sam, Bobby ,Cas (even the impala) and those who he considers family.
although i adore Castiel i class him as a major character so my favorite minor Character would have to be Gabriel! (even though he killed Dean hundreds of times and caused Sammy agony with the NUTCRACKER!)
i love Gabriel because despite having all the power of 'heavens most powerful weapon' he was an innocent who ran away because he didnt like the fighting between his brothers.
he sat back and watched because he didnt want to either of his big brothers to die and was raging with the big question of whether to choose Lucifer's pathway of hell on earth or Micheal's pathway of 'paradise'.
and like Cas he chose his own pathway and decided to defend what he thought was right. he decided to fight for humanity and it cost him his life. and the look on Gabriel's face when Lucifer killed him was heartbreaking because it was so full of betrayal and sadness. it showed that even in the end when he was going to kill his brother that he expected Lucifer to protect him as he used to. so thats why i love Gabriel.
.... plus the fact that his quick comebacks, cokiness, the sex tape!, and the way he tried to seduce Kali always make me laugh.
im not even going to mention the costumes.

Well..Dean has always been my favourite..
I like that he's flawed..loyal, bad a$$, but full of guilt and self hatred. Makes for an interesting character.
I'm also quite fond of Castiel....and Bobby of course..

Dean because he has the Impala and lets face it lives how everbody wishes they could(besides the whole being chased by demons and going to hell part lol) and Cas because he adds a bit of humor
