I was just like you. But when Verizon started taking pre orders on the s4 I ordered it yesterday. Can't wait! Get the s4, iPhones are too small.
I just saw the Galaxt s4 today in shops and it feels like quality! You need to go see it in the store for yourself! I prefer galaxy over iphone.
Best security by far = iphone. I'm waiting to get the next version, in no rush right now but I'm guessing it will be out in August.

I like the new s4 it's amazing and I would totally get it but I don't like how galaxy phones are huge to big and made with the plastic stuff. Should I wait for the new iphone will it have the same features of samsung what's your opinion?
