You cannot watch it live those tv shows are recorded and edited together. You can go to like jerry springer or maury shows. Not big bang theory. The laughing you hear in those shows are edited in. Those fake audience laughs you hear in big bang theory aren't real people, it is called a laugh track.
I dont think so. Most sets are closed to the public during filming. If you can find out where the are filmed you can call the company and ask.
