No. It will be returning in... oh, a while. But it will, with Peter Capaldi filling the Doctor's shoes.
Although, if you mean generally, it was cancelled a while back with the end of Sylvester McCoy's stint as the Doctor. Probably because the increasingly tight budget had got it being so ropey even the most die-hard fan found it difficult to love.
