Of course Elena will be back. She will be back before this season ends. At some point, likely in the last few episodes in the last season, Elena will make her choice between Damon and Stefan. She will need to be around for that plus all the time agonizing about that decision. She may choose neither, we will see. In the meantime I'm looking forward to the old Damon being around.

ohman i love the vampire diaries and i wouldnt really worry about it like everyone always comes back from the dead on that show,and shes a main character so really like they cant kill her off, and since i read a spoiler that a witch might come on the show next ep (i think it was next ep), she might be able to help elena get her body back.

Of course that dull ho will be back. Katherine is way more interesting though.

Okay so watching the show but never read the books and dont want to. LAST episode Katherine took full control of Elena's body and Elena is gone! WHAT HAPPENED! DO THEY GET HER BACK! SOMEONE TELL ME ELENA COMES BACK! I HOPE KATHERINE DIES ALREADY!
