A trick I use is to think about the eastern part of the earth. If you live in USA, and it's Thursday, Asia and Austria are a day ahead of us. If nothing is happening there, then nothing will happen here. Don't worry.

Someone on thursday may go 'geez the worlds ending tomorrow, may as well go kill the person I hate' Human stupidity os why I'm frightened. I cannot stoo worrying. And mercy killing aswell. Someone doesn't want their family to suffer so they shoot them. I'm just so so so frightened... what if the world does end anyways? Anything I can do to stop myslelf from panicking? Why do they even put that stuff out there? People are already killing themselves because they don't want to suffer the end! I hate the media for doing this to us! The hostpry channel! The discovery channel! I already watch those channels so it's hard to avoid that stuff. And everyone talks about it at school to! It's everywhere! I just don't know what to do...
