It probably sold out.
It's happened to me like 100 times. Basically at 9 they let everyone on to purchase tickets and the people who are successful have about 10 minutes to fill out their details to purchase them - if the person hasn't completed it by then, the tickets this person is filling out for goes back on general sale and if there are loads of people still trying to buy some, the first person to refresh will be entered into this process.
Basically if you keep going to the website and it's coming up with this message then they have sold out. Ticket Master rarely seem to actually put sold out on their website for when you're buying tickets. If not, there was just a lot of traffic when you were trying to use it and you should be able to get some now.

well i wanted to buy Taylor Swift tickets today and so i was on from 8:30 am (uk time) and tickets ccame out at 9. so i refreshed and as soon as it was 9 i put the amount and it came up with "sorry no tickets found!" like how? they only just went on sale!!!! help me thanks!
