No one knows. But they did have one episode where they had to use a public restroom and a couple of guys came out looking disgusted. One of them said "so that's how they do it".

In case youdont know CatDog is obviously a cat and a dog but they are joined together and I am watching since it is on 90's nick right now. I have always wondered how CatDog uses the bathroom. Can someone try to give a reasonable answer please. dont just say something like "its nickelodeon, they dont" I am seriously wondering. I just need a simple explanation. Thank you! :)
