Uhmm, the angels got Sam out of the "cage" that Lucifer and Adam were sent to by Sam and Dean (of course it was the cage that God had originally imprisoned Lucifer in, and Sam and Dean just used it to re-imprison Lucifer, who dragged Adam and Sam with him). Castial, Sam and Dean's angel buddy, reached down and pulled Sam out while leaving Sam's soul behind. They later "forced" Death to create a wall between Sam's memories of being in the cage...
Really, haven't you paid any attention to the series? You can re-watch them on various streaming providers and the plot line is fairly obvious.
crowley and death did not pull sam out of the cage, castiel did.but crowley was castiels partner because they wanted to open the door to purgatory to get all the souls and spilt them 50/50.because cass didn't want rapheal in charge of heaven because he was going to have the angels kill all the human race, and then hell would be next.but cass ended up taking in all the worst evil souls so that he would be strong enough to defeat rapheal.cass left sams soul in the cage with michael and lucifer so they could use sam to find the alpha vamp.they needed his blood and crowleys and also cass's to open the door to purgatory and with sam not having a soul he had no empathy and didn't care who he killed when he was hunting with grandpa who crowley brought back to bring him the alpha vamp.so and so on.i would watch it over again if i were you
In the world of fantasy, anything is possible to keep the show going. (Or didn't you realize the show is make-believe for your entertainment?)
Every thing is possible in show business.
It makes no sense to me, crowley and death get sam out of hell but how? Michael and lucifer are suppose to be like the most powerful creations, how does a demon get in and out of "the cage" when lucifer can't? Also, why hasn't a demon done something similar to get lucifer out instead of breaking seals?
