It's not really disturbing except for in season 3 when they showed a little bit of incest. Other than that, it's not too bad. It can be gory in some scenes though especially in season 2.
I have watched every episode in every season. Each season the theme is different but most of the actors are the same. Except in the second season first episode Adam Levine made a short appearance and hasn't returned.
The stories conveyed are all base on some of our inner most fears and very well portrayed.
I enjoyed watching Coven but I couldn't get into the earlier seasons.
Its not disturbing at all. Its cheesey and dumb. Pet sematary is freaking disturbing
It incorporates themes like:
Hauntings
Witchcraft
Murder
Rape
Incest
Cuckolding
Demonic pregnancy
capital punishment of innocent parties
Abortion
Surgical castration
Necrophilia
and others.
But no, it's not overly disturbing.
