I have some questions about doctor who?

1. The Doctor doesn't go back to his planet because I believe it would break his heart to see his loved ones, who are all now dead. He'd feel guilty all the time because in the Time War, pretty much everyone died. If he were to go back to the past and visit them, don't you think he'd go over his head by all the guilt of being the last survivor?

2. The Doctor has mentioned several times that the humans are an interesting species. He's said that they could be so much more, and the Doctor is someone who helps others, whether they be humans or slitheens or some other alien species.

3. As to whether or not him saving the people of the past would cause rips in time, well, in that episode, Rose went and saved her dad, someone who is supposed to be dead of a natural cause, nothing alien. However, whenever the Doctor goes into the past and saves people, he saves them from the aliens there. If he had, lets say, gone into the future to get the cure for cancer and then went back in time to give it to someone, then maybe that would create a rip in time, but since he is saving people who are being harmed by aliens and not natural events, it is perfectly safe.

4. As for Rose, I believe that the Doctor loves her. You can see it in the way he looks at her.

5. Pretty much everything the Doctor does is related to aliens. Aliens are not a natural element of earth, so when the Doctor does something to the aliens and the people affected by them, it doesn't really do much for the future because the aliens weren't supposed to be there in the first place. He's just eliminating things that aren't supposed to be there.

6. As for the Rose and the Dalek, the first Dalek was a weak one. It had to download the entire internet and the whole power supply of Utah (I think it was Utah? I'm not sure) in order to restore it's energy. Which is why Rose's touch affected him so. However the later Daleks are much stronger and the external elements don't affect them.

well the TIme Lords are forbidden to travel either to the past or future of their own planet. And up until the new series he was not for the most part that fond of his fellow Time Lords. Original he wasn't that fond of humans but grew to like them alot, , still don't understand 9's problem. Rose is the worse companion ever.

The Doctor is on the Run from his home plant

he Stole that Tardis- they consider him a Thief

they are just observe so the Doctor Breaks their "Laws" every time he goes somewhere and gets involved- the Second Doctor Explains it here

Love that show

ive asked a lot of my whoovian friends (thats what i believe doctor who fans are called) some of these questions but have never gotten a straight answer:

if the doctor misses his home planet so much, why doesnt he just go there from time to time just to hang out? as long as he doesnt save anyone's life or make physical contact with himself, he should be fine!

also, he despises humans and, as the ninth doctor, he makes that pretty clear, so why does he try to save their lives so much, especially when theyre in the past? wouldnt that cause all those rips in time when rose tried to save her dad's life that one time?

and on the subject of rose: ive noticed that she messes stuff up SO much! why doest the doctor just drop her off at home like, "goodbye forever"

anyway, i understand when he saves lives where daleks or cybermen are involved because if you hate someone enough to let a dalek loose, then you would hate them enough to kill them yourself, so why doesnt he just leave and let history do its thing?

if hes in the past, he could mess up the time line, if hes in the future, it doesnt matter cuz it hasnt happened yet

and also about daleks, when rose touched that one when you first see them in the newer series, it messed with his dna and emotions so if she just touches every dalek, wouldnt they eventually question then kill themselves? all of them?

i havent made it that far in the series, btw, i just got to episode right before the one where they introduce weeping angels so if anything i asked is explained later on, just tell me that so i can find out myself, also, i havent seen the original series so if stuff's explained then, i wouldnt know
