Sorry, I'd like to know, too. However, I saw season 1 on PBS and when season 2 came on PBS I was not able to watch it -- some people say due to weather or sunspots, but I swear I think due to low funding they have lousy workers on the night shift that don't keep all the digital stuff used now running correctly.
I know that international copyright laws, often prohibit you from watching just released or current shows in real time.
Uusally there is like a 6 month delay. You can watch PAST seasons..........but a current season may NOT be available overseas for a few months.

I live in America and obviously didn't get to see the UK premier on livestream and I apperenly don't have Masterpiece channel :((((( I don't know how I'm gonna watch it and I MEAN YOU GUYS ITS SHERLOCK SEASON 3 PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! ANYTHING WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if I don't have to download something that'd be great but now... I just need answersssss.....
