I love these shows: Cheers, Father Ted, Ab Fab, The Fast Show, Bottom, The Young Ones. Twin Peaks is ok bit strange though.

I watched all seasons from Friends, Frasier, Everybody loves Raymond, Seinfeld, King of Queens..........now looking for something similar, maybe from the 90s ?
