I think he just wants to get a reaction---sick. Don't let him see you are scared. Ignore him--he may up the ante, like talk about the 20 bodies in his attic. I would tell your teacher or at least, ask her to have your seat changed. She can change everyone's seat so he knows it isn't you. Tell her you are reporting this in confidentiality.He sounds like he likes to bully and intimidate people. Another strategy is to say, at the top of your voice, "WHAT? DID YOU JUST SAY YOU KILLED SOMEONE?" That would get him to shut up.
You must tell the teacher or school counsellor. They won't tell him it was you, they aren't allowed.

If your that scared, you should talk to your teacher. And ask to hide your identity if she reports it. I don't think he is a murdered because if he was he wouldn't tell people. Good luck

Whatever you do, don't start to talk about helping him about it or telling him to go see a doctor about his problems, that will probably freak him out, so just don't rush it & keep calm.

I had a similar problem in grade school. Write a note out and give it to the teacher, or tell one of your parents and have them call the teacher or email her. She'll move you for sure and most likely that kid will get the help he needs.
No he's an attention seeking tube who obviously either needs friends or a slap. Ask yourself this, if he was really a murderer would he be in school? No, he'd be in prison.
Just ignore him either way. He might just want attention.
At school, I sit next to this guy who's careless and ha a bad attitude, and he sometimes says in a emotionless voice that e wanted to kill someone. He stated he was a murderer, and that got me freaked out because I already sit around a bunch of strange, people. I want to change my seats and classes but I'm not allowed to, and I'm afraid if I tell the teacher what the guy said he'll find out and threaten me.. I'm so scared..
