he does come across as an ignoramus, for example he wanted to 'celebrate' the start of WWI, but if he knew history then he would know that in 1914 Britain did just that, people openly rejoiced the start of war, until the reality came home to them. By the end of the war the country was grief stricken, the war seemed a terrible mistake and the celebrations were surely rued.

Yes France is a much larger country but is very similar to UK in lots of other ways (e.g. Army, Finance etc)

Just seen on Sky News some stuff about British and French relations, David Cameron says we have a similar sized army, similar sized ideas and ambition and also we are similar sized countries.......now im sure France is a lot larger than Britain by land mass, and i mean A LOT larger!! Now this doesn't come as anything new but i think this is now cemented his status as a total fool.
