Yes she is real they are just a family that wont let money change them. Just because you have money doesn't mean you have to move to a big house and buy expensive things! They know what they are doing they want to stay themselves !
All reality shows are fake. They hire actors and set up the scenario, and it's all done in a studio. It's a well known fact, and they don't even try to deny it. (One of the Bachelor actors recently actually died in a paragliding accident, however…that was real.)
