Sadly he is already naturally dead. Only kept alive by a heart lung machine. The doctors advised his family to switch it off a couple of weeks ago,but nothing happens. ?

The great leader is now 94 and very sick, he is suffering a lot and the whole nation of South Africa is worried about his stable but worrying state. However, being stable for now doesn't mean he is feeling better though, he might still leave us at any point and we need to accept this fact.
