Well there is stabbing and slicing, but the wounds don't look bad or anything. It's not really bloody at all. You should be fine.
No its not that bloddy. Its amazing show to watch , I personally watched all season till date. Its more emotional, funny and really interesting.

Is there a lot of blood in Supernatural? I mean, like slicing/stabbing people, something like that. Does it show open wounds closely? Cos I'd REALLY want to watch it but I'm hella scared of wounds and stuff, so I'd like to be warned.
