Buffy is a real Joss Whedon-show, so very chatty, quick-whitted remarks, intense action-scenes, great visual-effects, and the actors, all developed into stars in other shows too, so they're good enough, to work the last 10-25 years.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer is amazing! There are so many funny quotes and there is a lot of action. There is always something bad that's gonna happen and they have to find it. I would highly recommend BTVS. It is also for most age groups.
you should probably see one episode at least before you decide you dont think its so great.. i dont hate something until I ve tried it ..,.. I recommend The Pilot, The Wish, Lie To Me, Hush, or Conversations With Dead People.. those are my favs... if you are gonna watch an ep to test the water, stay away from Once More With Feeling, ( its a musical ep ). its not bad, but not a good ep to show how the show actually is.. also The Body, is not a great ep to start with. it too filled with drama and no slaying of vamps and monsters...
One day you'll realize that a fair amount of what makes a television show worth watching is whether you want to have sex with the stars.
Beyond that it is light-hearted comedy mixed with action and chicks fighting.
I loved it. Funny and weird. Action and comedy.
A lot of people have recommended it, but I don't really see whats so great. Granted I haven't actually seen the show, but the story doesn't really appeal to me. Please go into detail about why its good or bad. All answers will be highly appreciated.
