I beleive that they shoot hours and hours of film and start goading the stooges, i mean guests, off camera and they keep shooting until the editors have a story when they cut the whole thing down to the 22 minute run time.
Pretty much all so called reality TV is that way.

Yeah stupid stuff like "I found out best friend was a transsexual then slept with my brother." Lol yeah scripted.
I think that the majority of it is fake. That is why I won't watch it anymore.
of course its fake a guy that use to live in the same neighborhood i did was on there an i asked him hey is that show fake or what as he said of course he an his gf had some girl they knew pretend that was her sister an say that he slept with her an go on jerry an reveal it an got a free trip there an back free meal an 900 bucks up front after the show here is part of the episode actually

Pay attention to the crdits at the end of the show. Several "Gentleman's clubs" are prominent, usually.
