After last Sunday's episode I was wondering the same thing and nearly logged into YA just to ask the same question! They ran out of ideas a long time ago, I think, but it's been on for so long it just keeps going.
Eventually it will come to an end. Maybe they are just waiting for ratings to reach a certain point, who knows.
I like seasons 12-18 the best, but I think it's still a good show.
Well after more edgy animated shows like Family Guy and South Park the Simpson's just seems kinda lame. I watch the old stuff sometimes just for the nostalgia.

It got really old a long time back.
I used to watch the simpsons every night and it was one of my favourite shows, but now when I watch it I don't enjoy it very much, has the show gone bad or is it just me.
