The Korean War never actually ended. It merely paused with a cease fire. That means N. Korea, S. Korea and the US have been in a state of war for the past 60 years.
So N. Korea saying it declares war on the US, is like you or me issuing a declaration that the sky is blue.
Now...whether or not N. Korea wants to break the cease fire is a whole separate issue. Traditionally, N. Korea has simply made empty threats, and then quiets down. However this time we have a new leader in N. Korea and so no one is really sure just how far he intends to push things. Hopefully he realizes that if he really pushes too far, he won't have a country by the end of next week.
Cant take North Korea seriously. Theyre a complete joke.
We're doomed, we are defenseless against their superior might. The best we can hope for is that the radiation won't unleash the Zombie Apocalypse.
