Thanks for the answers, I did some more digging online and found that it was a clip from the Armstrong and Miller show.

Hi, I'm trying to remember the name of a comedy show that was on a few years ago and there was a sketch in the show where a team of people were trying to choose a name for a mobile phone and they stuck a hat on someone and sent them along a zip line to a dart board to choose the numbers and letters to name the phone.
I think it was on the BBC
I can't remember what it's called and can't seem to find anything by googling it.
