1. On the cat matter deal with the Cruelty to Animals people, *not* with the police.
2. If you own any sort of i-phone, try to get some of their behavior on camera. It carries a lot more weight, when you can document your complaints.
3. Start keeping a diary. List the date and time of every incident, and who else was there to observe what happened. Your lawyer will need it, if this reaches a courtroom.
Call RSPCA and don't call the police-unless you have put this and i have forgot(long question)- go to your local police station or go to the nearest one.Your neighbours are really horrible people, try keep away from them as much as you can possible really.Agreeing with another answerer nearly made me cry! I can't see anything in your statement that proves they put your cat in the bin. Without proof, what do you expect Police to do?
listen mate these people are basterds, i am a cat person and please please tell me where these basterds live so i can kick their ******* heads in. you need to call a professional to warn them off or just pay someone to go round their house to give them a good wake up call. you seem cool about the situation and i would be happy to beat these wankers up. i think you need to move house. no one deserves treatment like that.
you should put cctv cameras all outside your house to moniter their activity and if they do anything youve got evidence. i really really hope you go to court with this cat case and i pray that these people go to prison and get raped to death ;) good luck mate, God bless ya

Basically there has been an ongoing hate coming from my neighbour and her family towards my mother and our family, we seriously do not know where all the hate came from. She is repeatedly making complaints which are all false but whenever she complains everyone is quick to believe her.
A series of evil events keep happening from getting our windows smashed, verbal abuse in the street, her and her family watching our house, false complaints, damage to our cars, banging on our walls(which was dealt with a letter was sent to her) She has also sent cruel messages to my family members on Facebook one being about my deaf cousins(my mothers nephews) saying "Nobody wants retarded babies like yours in this world" to their mother which the neighbour admitted to doing and now this, it's pretty much harassment.
The police have put my mother and the neighbour on some sort of contract which has rules they have to follow one of them being in no contact with each other at all, after being on the contract our neighbour and her family keep giving the dirty looks and saying comments to our family. Whenever my mother calls to tell the police and notes down incidents it falls on deaf ears but when the neighbour rings and makes false complaints about things are completely untrue something is done straight away, without any proof or evidence? If we are as bad as she says why aren't our other neighbours complaining? It all does not make sense.
Our seven month old cat went missing on Saturday morning she will normally go away for a day and come back but this time she didn't and it was really weird because she's never done that, another day passed and we was getting worried by now so we asked our other neighbours if they had saw her but they didn't. We kept calling her name every 2-3 hours and she still didn't come back this wasn't like her at all but today my mum got back in and went into the garden to go to the bin, when she opened the bin she saw our cat in the bin wedged between two black bags like she had been placed there one bag had been put on the back end of her so she struggled to move, it had been five days she was missing and the weather was scorching hot and when the suns out it really takes to bins imagine the heat she would of been stuck in she was probably so dehydrated that she wasn't able to meow to let us know she was stuck in there, it's now Wednesday and if my mum didn't check the bin the cat could of been picked up by the bin men on the Friday they collect the bins which would of killed her.
On that Saturday morning around 2:30-3am our neighbours were out in the back entrance where I heard them but didn't think anything of it we have an alleyway so gardens are only accessible by our neighbours due to the iron gates with barbed wire that are impossible for anybody to get over unless they're planning to spend a few days in hospital. Isn't it a bit funny that since my neighbour received the letter about her banging on our walls this happens? On other occasions my mum has complained about our neighbour and everything being said proved to be true, sometimes the neighbour will randomly cause trouble it's like she doesn't want us here but now she has pushed it to far doing this to our cat, it's animal cruelty and it's disgusting doing that to an innocent animal.
I just want some advice on who I can go to about reporting this and taking it further, I will be contacting the police but much probably won't be done, if there is anything more I can do please can you let me know or any advice!
