Netflix isn't allowed to stream anything until after the DVD is released. Since the season hasn't ended, and the DVD release won't be until late summer, Netflix won't have it until early fall.
You can purchase and download episodes from Amazon and iTunes.
it's the newest seasons, so it is still running on tv. I think Netflix adds newer seasons of a show the year after it finishes on tv.
