Make sure your door is locked. You say police with sirens are rushing to scene, then let them.
If you have a weapon ready for self defense than have it and stay in the corner guarding the child.
If you feel in true danger.....call emergency police.....number....now.
Call your parents and ask them to come home as soon as possible and if there's a gun in the house, don't touch it. The police will help your neighbour. Just make sure that your front- and back doors are locked properly as there are so many folks in front of your house now.
Well if you hear sirens headed towards you, you don't have to do anything. Don't get involved, may cause trouble. Let them either work it out, or call a noise complaint. Haha that's the west coast for you!
If you hear such things , do not concentrate your mind towards them . Concentrate your mind in any other activities accept that.
I couldn't help but hear people yelling outside so I turned the lights off and looked out the window and saw a bunch of people crowding around in the driveway across the street and I heard someone run out the house and yell "SHE'S GONE CRAZY!" and everyones on their phones omg I'm freaking out I don't know what to do I hear sirens coming but oh my God I'm hearing noises outside now sounds like wind but its not windy I don't want to look outside I'm just sitting here in the corner of my room with my little cousin. Okay I just looked outside, people are at the end of the street at the corner house and yelling at people but I cant see who since its at the corner omfg I'm friends with the girl across the street and shes the only one not outside but her parents are and they're the ones yelling at people. Holy **** people are flashing lights at my window if I close it they'll think somethings up omg I'm confused what should I do I'm all alone in the house with just my 4 year old cousin its 9:10 pm right now
