Going back into the 70's:

MASH: Episode when Radar comes into ER and announces that Henry Blake is dead. and the final episode when they all say goodbye.

When Bobby died on Supernatural. Cried my eyes out and yelled at Sera Gamble through the TV

When Charlie died on Lost

When Fred died on Angel

When we thought Spike died on Buffy

When Oz leaves Willow on Buffy

John at Sherlock's Grave

When Lucifer kills Gabriel on Supernatural.

Yes, the Fry's dog episode-I can't watch it.

In 'American Gothic' there was a beloved dead dog episode I couldn't even describe without crying. Now I can't remember it, gratefully, though I never forgot how much I cried.

(if you are a fan of naruto/the walking dead spoilers alert!!!)

naruto- the death of haku and zabuza

naruto sgippuden- 1) the death of jeriya (pervy sage) 2) the fake death of obito uchiha when it was believed to be real.

the walking dead- the death of hercheal. the death of morgans son. the supposed death of baby judith.

MASH episode where Col. Blake dies. The episode of The Waltons where the grandpa has died.

when Molly dies in Ugly Betty, Daniel texts Betty "i need you" and she goes to find him

in scrubs, DrCox, it was his BIL who had died, SO sad when he realises he is dead and been imagining him (it wasnt his son as the poster above said)

doctor who - the death of river song, and the regeneration of the 9th doctor

wolf's rain - the moment kiba lost cheza, and the moment hige lost blue

Futurama: with Fry's dog.

Supernatural: when they first used "Carry On My Wayward Son"

Don't forget DOCTOR WHO's companions.

*The way he lost Rose.

*The way he lost Donna Noble.

ANGEL when Fred died.

SCRUBS where Dr. Cox had been talking to *BEN. (who was long dead)

(thanx @Merlin)

COWBOY BEBOP the final episode. "Bang" (anime)

SPEED GRAPHER bittersweet ending. (anime)

FULMETAL ALCHEMIST when the Elrich's discover what Dr. Tucker made of his

3 year old daughter and loyal dog. (a suffering creature)

Star Trek TNG, Data's feelings for Tasha.

the Star Trek TNG where Data's Daughter, Lal died was so predictable.

(she was annoying and I was glad she died.) TREK FAIL!

Lost tv show - When Jin and Sun died together.

Here Comes Garfield "So Long Old Friend"

I'm just wondering what episodes in shows made you all cry? Was it a death, a goodbye, a breakup? I don't know why I'm asking this, guess I'm just curious. Well here's my list (they're not in order, I'm just writing them when I remember them).

-Prince of Bel Air: When Will's father leaves him and he cries, I think I cried during that episode

-Grey's Anatomy: When Denny Dies, OMG I cried my eyes out when she curled up next to him and cried!

-Grey's Anatomy" When Meredith died, I think it was more of Derek trying to save her and then everyone decided not to give up on her

-Grey's Anatomy: The shooting, but more specifically when that intern dies in Miranda's arms

-Futurama: When Fry tried to bring back his dog, then he says that his dog must of lived a long life, but at the end it showed how his dog waited for him day and night until he died

-True Blood: When Sookie's grandma dies and when she eats her pecan pie, crying the whole time

Supernatural: Practically every time each brother dies (which is a lot)

-Charmed: When Paige and Phoebe died and Piper went forward in time to change fate and bring them back

-Dawson's Creek: When Jen died

-The Rugrats Movie: (I know it's not a tv show) When Tommy was left alone with his new baby brother after his friends left him and he tried to feed his baby brother to the monkeys. Yeah, sounds funny, but it was heartbreaking

-Glee: When Finn Hudson died, I think when Santana broke down while singing my favorite song 'If I Die Young' by The Band Perry got to me

-Bones: When Vincent dies, OMG I don't remember seeing Bones (the character) so emotional! At least his death finally brought Bones and Booth together as a couple

-Family Guy: When Brian died. I have never seen Family Guy so serious, I was so happy that they didn't make it a joke. I vowed that I would never watch family Guy again, so I was happy when he came back on the show

As of right now I can't think of any more, but I know there are! So please give me your opinions!!! Thank you very much!!!

when curtis kills himself in misfits
