School lockout for coyote?

Maybe, if it was a coyote that was acting aggressive toward humans, or not afraid of humans. Though I seriously doubt that any normal coyote would be so bold as to approach a whole lot of humans such as in a school.

But then again, if the coyote were sick or disabled, there might be a risk of dumb kids approaching it and getting hurt. Or if authorities were trying to capture it, it would be best if everybody else stayed away.

I just heard on the news about a school that was locked down because of a bear. Now there is an animal definitely worth locking out.

Probably just a drill to be prepared in the future if by some horrible chance something or someone became a threat to the school and others in the school its a good thing to practise drills like this it teaches skills that can save our lives

I think the school is smart to prepare we live in a new world

coyotes are low level, armed Mexican drug gang members, they transport humans to points throughout the US, when chased by Law Enforcement, they possibly could pass/hide near/in your school

more than likely it is just part of the 9/11 power grab by the bureaucratic police state homeland security

they are indoctrinating your generation, that you should be scared of a non existent boogeyman, and to sheepishly hide in a closet and wait for the govt to help you, instead of self reliance

God created man, Colt made them equal.

No, he was asked a stupid question and he gave a stupid answer .

Sorry if I'm in the wrong category..

Today in school we had a lock out drill. A lockout is a procedure in which all doors are locked and windows are blocked and blinds are folded, basically keeping the enemy out. A student during the drill asked fir examples of enemies and my math teacher said a coyote... So would all doors need to be locked and all windows covered just because of a coyote...?
