I'm going with Iron Chef, because of the skill level. Chopped is okay because of the wow factor and no time to prep. I guess what I would say is that I'd eat Iron Chef food before Chopped food and enjoy the preparation more. A lot of people on Chopped just throw things together. There's frequently the, "Well, you used all the ingredients, but the idea is to transform them."
I'll watch either, but Iron Chef makes me salivate more :)
