If you don't like American Horror Story, don't continue it. I like it but it doesn't really change that much from the first few episodes. If you want, try the first episode of Season 2 and 3, because each season follows different characters/storylines.
Once Upon a Time really isn't bad at all but if you really hare it that much then don't watch any more.
True Blood definitely gets better by the middle of Season One. It probably took me a couple episodes to want to continue it. It's way better than The Vampire Diaries. I'd give it a few more episodes until you give it up.
Besides those, try Arrow too, maybe? It's really good, even if you aren't into superheroes.

-Once Upon A Time (Watched 4 episodes, one of the most shittiest TV shows I've ever seen)
-True Blood (watched the trailer and 1 ep, it just seems badly made to me, does it get better?)
-Vampire Diaries (watched 2 seasons, got out of it, don't want to watch "The Originals" either)
