SUPERNATURAL is my absolute favorite
It's still on but in its later seasons, I would start it on netflix from the beginning, ps the main characters are two hot brothers that spend every episode kicking ***.... Like I said best show ever.
Vampire diaries is excellent and addicting and on netflix (the trifecta)
Pretty little liars

Grey's Anatomy (doesn't seem like it would be for teenage girls, but is SO good)
The Fosters
Friday Night Lights
GILMORE GIRLS!! (my all time favorite show... if you couldn't tell) it's kind of old (2000-2007), but the character's are timeless.
These programs are definitely aimed at teens (but a little older then you)
Skins UK - Netflix or 4od (don't watch the USA version it's crap)
Misfits - 4od or Netflix
Heroes-netflix (aimed at everyone but worth watching)
Vampire diaries-netflix (my mum and sister are well into it)
Gilmore girls
Dawson's creek
Degrassi
The oc
